What to Expect After You Place Your Order

Here’s how it works, step by step, from placing your order to receiving it at your door:

• Place your order online – Add your items to the basket and complete checkout.

• Important: It is extremely important to make sure your email address is correct and spelt accurately. Only use one email address on your order and when contacting us. Using multiple email addresses may interfere with tracking updates and could affect delivery guarantees.

• Order confirmation – You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

• Dispatch confirmation – Once your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send you another email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

• Delivery to your door – You’ll be able to monitor progress using the tracking link until your parcel arrives.

If you don’t receive a confirmation or tracking email, please check your junk folder or contact us to make sure your email address was entered correctly.

UK Shipping

Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to receive the parcel the next working day (subject to Royal Mail 95% success rate).  Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. Next day delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays. 

Orders placed after 3pm or during weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Next Day Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery Information for Kwik Seats

Kwik Seats are shipped via courier to ensure safe and secure delivery. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched. You will receive tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way, so you can keep up to date with its progress.

European Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3 – 5 working days

Rest of World

Estimated delivery time: 7 – 10 working days

Free shipping applies to orders totalling £100 GBP or more. This is based on the UK pound sterling value at checkout, not the equivalent in other currencies.

Important Note for International Customers

Orders placed from outside the UK will not include UK VAT. However, you may be liable to pay import duties, taxes, and customs charges upon arrival in your country.

If you choose to reject a delivery due to these import costs, any shipping fees we incur will be deducted from your refund.
