What to Expect After You Place Your Order

Here’s how it works, step by step, from placing your order to receiving it at your door:

Place your order online – Add your items to the basket and complete checkout.
Important: It is extremely important to make sure your email address is correct and spelt accurately. Only use one email address on your order and when contacting us. Using multiple email addresses may interfere with tracking updates and could affect delivery guarantees.
Order confirmation – You’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
Dispatch confirmation – Once your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send you another email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery to your door – You’ll be able to monitor progress using the tracking link until your parcel arrives.

UK Shipping

Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Thursday to receive the parcel the next working day (subject to Royal Mail 95% success rate). Orders placed on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday. Next day delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

Orders placed after 3pm or during weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
