Rod Returns – 1-Year Money Back Guarantee

We’re proud of the quality and performance of our rods. That’s why we offer a 1-year money back guarantee. If you’re not entirely happy with your rod, you can return it within 12 months of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

Conditions:

  • The rod must be returned in its original condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5 working days for processing after we receive the item.

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment provider.

 


Fly Line Returns – 3-Month Money Back Guarantee

All Finner fly lines are covered by a 3-month money back guarantee. Whether it’s a manufacturing defect or accidental damage, you can return your fly line within 3 months of purchase for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • The fly line must be returned within 3 months of purchase.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Returns are processed within 5 working days after receipt.

  • Timing may vary based on your payment provider.

 


How to Return an Item

We’ve made returns as simple as possible:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@finner.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive a Pre-Paid Label: Once approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid returns label.

  3. Send the Item Back: Attach the label to your parcel and return it to:

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us immediately at support@finner.co.uk. We’ll arrange the return using a pre-paid label and process a refund or exchange once the fault is confirmed.

Please ensure returned items are clean and dry before sending them back.


International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Pre-paid returns labels are only available for UK-based customers.

  • If you refuse delivery due to customs fees or import duties, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from your refund.
