This clearance collection contains a mixture of prototype rods, development rods, sample rods, test rods, and production rods from Sunray and Finner.

Some rods have been stored for long periods, while others have been used during testing to evaluate durability and performance in real-world conditions.

Many of these rods are one-off prototypes. Some may not carry graphics, logos, model names, or specifications.

All rods are fully functional and fishable. Prices reflect cosmetic condition rather than performance.

Condition Guide

Poor Condition
The cork may be heavily bleached, stained, or cosmetically worn. The rod remains fully functional and fishable. Cosmetic issues only.

Medium Condition
The cork may show blemishes, staining, light bleaching, or storage marks. The rod remains fully functional.

Good Condition
The rod may still have protective plastic on the handle. Some moisture may have formed beneath the plastic during storage. We will clean each rod as thoroughly as possible before dispatch.

New
Unused rod.

Important Information

We would love to photograph and list every rod individually, but the time required would be impractical.

These rods are offered at genuine clearance prices to make room for new stock and ongoing product development.

We will do our best to clean each rod and package it securely before dispatch. However, if you are expecting a showroom-condition rod, please do not purchase.
