40 ton Japanese Engineering
Toray T1100G carbon
Most lure rods are made with 24 ton carbon.
AeroTip uses 40 ton Japanese Toray T1100G carbon fibre. This allows the blank to be made thinner and lighter while still staying strong.
The result is a cleaner, sharper rod with better feedback through the tip.

Full Metal 11 Ball Bearing Reel
GTX 11 Bearing
A smooth, strong lure reel built for freshwater and saltwater fishing.
The full metal construction gives it a solid, stable feel under pressure, while the saltwater anodized finish adds protection for coastal fishing. The 11 ball bearing system keeps the retrieve smooth when working lures, fishing tide, or playing fish.
The ergonomic EVA foam handle gives a comfortable grip, even with wet or cold hands.

350m Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Braid
13 Strands. Thinner. Smoother.
In fishing line terms, 13 long-chain polyethylene fibres are extremely strong, thin, light, and low stretch.
13-strand braid is built as a 12+1 carrier construction, with 12 fibres woven around a centre core for a rounder profile, tighter weave, smoother surface, lower friction, better casting, and improved direct contact. Windcutter 13X braids use UHMPE fibres, zero stretch, reduced water absorption, and thinner diameter for strength

Fish lighter. Fish stronger.
Full compression fighting curve
AeroTip uses single-leg standoff guides with single wraps.
That means fewer heavy thread wraps along the blank, allowing the rod to bend more naturally under load.
You get a smoother fighting curve, better control, and more protection when playing fish.

K series single thread guides = full-blank compression.
Half the wraps. Better blank recovery.
K-Series single-leg rings reduce braid wrap, tangles and wind knots for cleaner flow, better accuracy and more fishing time. One-foot guides need half the thread wraps, cutting weight and reducing stiff flat spots, so the blank bends and compresses more evenly under load.

Fast, sensitive AeroTip tip section
TORAYCA®
The AeroTip tip is designed to recover quickly and transmit feel.
It helps you detect:
- Bottom contact
- Takes on the drop
- Light plucks from fish
- Lure movement in tide
- Changes in pressure through the braid
This is where AeroTip makes the biggest difference.
